Charles Cain / Principal at CCCG

 

Charles has over 25 years of Agile and Waterfall project management experience. He has served as a Project Director, Scrum Master, Product Owner, software developer, coach and mentor for Viacom. While at Viacom, Charles has provided coaching and mentoring at a division level with the Kids and Family group, the Music and Entertainment group as well as with select teams within Viacom International Media Networks. He is a professionally trained coach with The Coaches Training Institute in the CoActive coaching process. Charles is certified as a PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO and CSP. He is currently pursuing his Certified Team Coach as well as his Certified Enterprise Coach credential with the Scrum Alliance.
