Improving Sales Effectiveness

Why are you doing what you're doing?

Question: Shouldn't your relentless commitment be to growing your company and providing greater value for your customers?

If your answer is yes, then improving effectiveness in selling is an integral part of achieving that outcome.

It's easy to get off track. Without a framework to keep individuals and teams focused on a set of objectives, behavior will drift. Great sales teams stay focused on the most impactful selling activities. But underlying it all is a drive to get better. A company, team, and sales person should be driven to improve.

Missteps will happen. They're inevitable. The key is ID them, glean the learning, eliminate them and forget them quickly. It's OK to fail forward.
